Doesn't Pay Notaries for their Services

I was contracted by SOX to do a mobile notary signing on Feb 14. It is now Sept. 4 and I have not been paid. I made several attempts to get a hold of their accounting department with no luck. I have faxed and mailed invoices demanding payment, but was not responded to or paid.
