Deadbeat playboy loves horses and tennis, Merida, Yucatan Mexico

I am searching for a way to get a deadbeat dad back in the states. He does visit his mother from time to time in massachusettes, but he is currently residing in Merida, Yucatan, Mexico. This guy has evaded the system for 8 years, he was ordered to pay $900 per month and provide health ins. For his three children, now ages 17,15 and 12. He has ran the court gammit here in Virginia, with multiple missed court dates he has been picked up on a bench warrent, released etc. Why do they continue to work with him? He now owes over $53,000.00 in back support and fees.

Beside the usual broken promises and lies he has told his children (I could write a book on how this guy completely broke his kids down) the real kicker is how he lives his life... He follows the money, being that he is a travelling horse trainer, a good horseman, he gets amazing opportunities to work and play. He is working in a decadent enviornment most of the time. He likes to watch Show jumping and is a professinal rider. He is also a professional freeloader, he would borrow a truck to drive to a couch to sleep on and getting a complete stranger to loan him a hundred bucks on the way, he is educated and cultured... Please help me get him, he will be back.
