They stole my money! Credit Card Ripoff!

I was called by a rep of fidelity who told me that they were a credit service that helped rebuild credit i was told that for $129.50 i would get a $500 visa or mastercard, all i got were some phone numbers and most of them dont work. The toll free number is broke and when i spoke with joe who is supposed to be the supervisor he told me it's nothing he can do
