Cole Whitaker of Alibi Entertainment Group in Atlanta Georgia bounce checks, has unpaid invoices with my company. Upon further investigation with his past vendors he has bounce checks numerous times.

He stop payment on checks after he has written
them to a company and recieved product from the company.
He has given invalid credit card information to different companies on the east and west coast.

He uses his websites thealibidirect.com, myspace.com/alibientertainment, and other shopping carts stores website to obtain credit from different companies. After the companies does the work for him, he does not pay them.

He uses Photographers, Editors, Graphic artists, and
Repricators to get his work done. He even has talent that are waiting on payment from him for work that they have done for him in the past.

Stay clear of him. Make sure before you do any work for him that he pays you upfront. Make sure that he pays you CASH or Postal Money Order. He will stop payment on a check after he has written it to you or your company.

He will use you and abuse you, once he has what he wants from you, he will kick you to the curb, talk bad about your company and go on to the next person or company.

He comes off as a smart guy, but he is really a con artist, He commits fraud and theft by deception.
