Bounced Checks, Late Checks, No Checks

I have been with Subs Unlimited 5 years. Starting 3 years ago some of my checks would bounce (about 1-2 per year). The company always made good on fees and apologized. Last Fall I had one bounce and it was handeled well although this was becoming annoying.in March I had 3 checks bounce. Two of them were put back through and cleared. The third went through twice, the bank charged me $12 and it is now going through a 3rd is time (for less than $100).

In addition, I have not received my last two checks. The last one would be for 5 days of teaching. I have now a total of 11 days of unpaid teaching (the school liked me so much they extended me to the end of April). I have been calling S.U. For two weeks but all I get are answering machines. I have left messages with call-back numbers but have not been contacted. If I knowingly write 1 bad check, the State Attourney General will prosecute me. Anyone in Michigan know what's going on?
