Credit card fraud ripoff

For some reason my intuition was telling me to check my personal account on Tuesday Dec 27. I noticed a charge of 159.95, I contact my bank and they advised the compnay name is EDP CARD SERVICES... Who in the hell are they? I HAD NO KNOWLDEGE OF THIS COMPNAY, NOR have I heard of them before. I contacted their company which I was on hold as it seemed never ending. I finally spoke to representative who advised that I agreed to some terms that I was unaware of and signed a form for a PRE-PAID VISA... What??? I explained I did not do any such thing and demanded my money back. I was then told that I did not qualify to get a refund (what the hell does that mean?) I then requested to speak with a supervisor and was advised that there were none available. So now I am fighting with my bank to get my money back, meanwhile, it has sent my account in turmoil because of other bills that needs to be taken care of, not to mention my direct deposit. This company needs put out of business and everyone that works there needs to be brought up on charges.
