Ripoff Consumer fraud misrepresentation of goods pressure tactics and total lack of customer service are just a few descriptives characterizing Direct Buys best qualities

$4500.00 for a 3 yr membership fee promising no change in the way a person shopped or quality and actually promising a wider variety of items from distributors/factories. One time offer, paid before left that day, no mention of Federal Trade Commission Rule#429 passed on June7,1974 which gives 3 business days after signing to reconsider.

After reviewing web sites, product catalogues, I Quickly came to the conclusion that many of these products where inferior and not something I would normally purchase, thereby changing my shopping practices dramatically.

After attempting to contact my personal representative by cell (937) 459-6838 Brent Hardin both on 11/23 and 11/26 and getting no response to my voice mails, I contacted sales on 11/23, no response back even though I was told to expect a return call that afternoon.

Next I contacted the head of Membership Dept. Heather Craaybeek 6 times on 11/28, twice on 11/29,11/30,12/1 and on 12/7. Not once did I ever hear back, but the receptionist was very nice. This is obviously a scam and consumer fraud. I have notified the Ohio Attorny General's Office, BBB of Dayton and am in the process of disputing credit card charge to recoup my funds.

DO NOT join this club.
