I ordered generic Meridia, they have not sent the order but billed my credit right away ripoff

On Nov 10, I ordered generic Meridia from Direct Pharmacy.net. They charged my credit card on 12 nov. On Nov 20 I e-mailed to ask about the order and I was e-mailed 24 hrs. Later that the order was shipped USPS express mail on 13 Nov and would take 5-9 days to arrive. It is now Nov 27th and still no order. Now their sight on-line comes back as an "error". I feel I've been scammed and can't tell you how upset I am. I hope enough people write to "consumer complaints" so that something can be done about them. Thank You
