This site is a ripoff. They say that they offer a 60 money back guarantee. But what they are really saying is that you can keep submitting tickets to their help desk. And then they will delete the ticket instead of getting back to you. And if by chance they do respond to you problems you will get a generic response of which firmware they support (which is not stated before you join) and how to downgrade firmware or put the mod chip in. Which if you put the mod chip in it will void your warranty.
I have been trying to get a refund since November 17.
Now, I have seen several websites that warn you that what they are doing is not that legal.
Stay away!!
