I bought an intel Celeron chip from this company which did not work. I returned it and was sent a replacement chip—the very chip I was trying myself to replace.in other words they sent me the same chip that is in my computer instead of the upgrade chip I was trying to purchase. I complained, sent the chip back and asked for a full refund. To date no refund.
