DLINK DGL-4500 Firmware breaks route

I purchased a DLink DGL-4500 router.

They subsequently issued a new firmware called 1.21.

This firmware has made the router a useless product as it causes the product to crash every 24 to 30 hours. The throughput on the router has gone down dramatically as well.

This has been an issue well documented online and in the DLink forums and even though

I have contacted Dlink several times, the company has ignored me.
This is not a warranty issue as Dlink issued the firmware which has now broken their very expensive product.

I am very unhappy as I have been a loyal Dlink customer for 10 years. However, their behavior has been deplorable and I will certainly not be a customer again and I would recommend that everyone else not bother with these cowboys.
