Treats Residents Poorly, Bad Management, Constant Water and Power Interruptions, etc

My good neighbor Roger, a single father struggling to raise his son, is being charged an outrageous late fee of $50.00 and at this time of the Christmas holidays. He delivered his rent a day late because he worked late and had innocently forgotten. This is Roger's first offense but the manager, Nancy Roman, wouldn't relent.

Nancy Roman is like the Romans! This is not her first offense against a good tenant. Though Roger has lived here several years it mattered not to Ms. Roman. I just can't imagine running a business and treating your good customer's this way. I've like to mention that we have had multiple interruptions, even in the last weeks, to the water supply because of this old and poorly constructed complex. We have also had the power regularly shut down without notice, even on sunny days in the last month. This problem has occurred regularly for years now and has never been resolved. Sometimes I refer to this place as the Cabins of Vinings.

We also had low income apartment housing built during the last year or so next to our apartment complex and police have frequented the area due to gun shots. This week the apartment management has indicated that they will enter every tenant's apartment for an inspection. Roger and the other residents have put up with a great deal and yet we try to bear it as a community.

I wish to mention that there is one excellent management person named Keith who has excellent people skills. He has been kind and understanding on many occasions but unfortunately his authority is limited being that he is just the leasing manager. It is my hope that the ZOM Property Company will rebuke Ms. Roman and instruct her in the proper treatment and respect of the tenants or that she be removed.

Personally I feel this apartment complex should be declared a disaster site and torn down due to the constant problems. Can you imagine that they also have the nerve to charge us a water bill?
