Loan ripoff

On October 8th I was contacted by Daniel Phillips who told me I was approved for an $8000 loan. But I had to give 6 months of payments up front which equaled 972.44.

I had just had a baby and my mom has been sick and I was really broke so I scraped up the money to send to him.

THe next morning his boss John Edwards called me to tell me that I needed to send 6 more months of money because the lender who was in Canada had found som discrepencies in my credit report. So I scraped up more money but on my way to send it my stomach told me not to send it so I didn't.

The next day John Edwards called to find out where the money was and I told him I wasn't sending it and I wanted my other money back. He told me I would have to wait until November 13 when the check could be cut.

It is now November 20 and there phones are disconnected. I really don't know what do do at this point but if they contact you please don't fall for there nice helpful voices.
