Rip off

This company call me and told me that i was approved for a 5,000 dollar educational loan when i only applied for 2,000. I was told that I had to pay a deposit of 880.00 9 months of payments up front which I did. The next day I was told that I had to pay 18 months another 880.00 and i had to send the amount to the lender John Turing in Etobicoke, ON in money in minutes the next day the company called and told me that the lender had backed out and I had to wait until July 1 to get my money back and that i was approved for a 10,000 loan but I dhad to pay 36 months up front i did to Marlene French in Woodbridge, ON and that they will pay me back for the western union fees of 316.00 so today the compasany called and told me i was approved and the lender had sent out the money but do to the fact that i was 10,000 i have to pay the taxes of 10% to get the money release I 'am out of work i need to pay for and i dont have anymore money can someone please help me to get my money back and put a so to these people!
