LennySmith - Charles Ibe - Frank Williams ripoff dishonest, fraudulent billing, and rude Lagos

My name is dwayne. I was trying to purchase a english bulldog online. The website i used to fine the dog is backpage. And thats when i saw the ad that said free only thing to pay was the shipping fee of 120.00.

So i responded to the ad. He told me to send him 120.00$ threw western unoin only. And when i send it my dog will be deliever to my nearst airport. Which was RDU.

I sent my money and the information he need. He told me to send it to Charles Ibe. I sent it to him and never recieve my dog. I got an email the next day saying that he need 150.00 more for the dog to travel on a crate.

I sent him then 100.00. But he never pick it up and then thats when i got curious. So i email him and said please send my money back and fine someone else to get the dog. He said that my money was nonrefunable.

So he said what he can do is have me to send him 50.00 and he will send me my dog. And thats when he introduce me to the captain of frank williams. Frank williams said to me we promise you that after you send the 50 we will have you the flight ticket and your dog will be at your airport.

So basically i got screwed and he is still scamming people. So what i did was email him from another email address saying that im interested in purchasing a dog. And he email me back saying that he have the dog and it is still 120.00.

All got all the information on computer saved, And we talk a couple of times on the phone. I have the phone numbers which the numbers are coming california and michigan. And he's haveing someone in nigeria to pick up the money.

So actually i dont know who im talking to on the phone.
