I was looking for a Nextel i870 to buy cheaper online. I found this website where Williams Ola's Ad was posted on which he does not have anymore and he had several phones for sale. He had the phone I wanted for $80 so I emailed him and told him I was interested so he said ok send $100 because the shipping would be an extra $20. So I sent him the money on 2/6/06 which was the next day.

After I sent him the money he sent me another email asking for $140 for the delivery and shipping charges so on 2/10/06 I sent him the money he asked for.
The next day he emailed me again and asked me to send him $160 for custom charges before the phone could be delivered so I sent him the money on 2/11/06.

Then about 3 days later he asked me to send him $200 which was going to be the "final charges" stated by Williams. The charge was for the shipping and handling fee. He had told me that he was 110% sure that if I paid this last fee I would receive the phone the next day.

Since I don't work and I have never worked before and only a student. I really didnt have much money. The money I sent him was money I had been saving up for the last 2 years which was for college.

I started working so I can get the $200 and send it to him so I can receive the phone and sell it when I received it and get some of my money back doing that. So after a month and a half of working I finally got the $200.

I sent him the $200 on 3/19/06. He emailed me back the same day and told me I was going to receive the phone (3/20/06) Monday morning. Monday afternoon (3/20/06) I got an email from him asking for $150 for more delivery charges.

So now I'm to the point that I have less then $100 in the bank. I have lost $600 for some phone that is worth $200 and I don't even have the phone yet.
