Ripoff was selling a puppy on the internet took 300.00 from me and never got the puppy Limbe

He had a puppy for free on the internet. I email him and he told me i would have to send him a $100.00 for shippening the puppy. I western union him the money. Next he calls me and tells me i need to send more money. This hole thing is real long. So to make it short i have send him $300.00 and still no puppy. I do have all is email that we write back and fort to each other. I have all the western union money orders that i have send him. He also has a cell phone number 237-649-6582. I have also got email from the airport charles de gualle airport paris. Telling me i need to send them money for a cage to ship the puppy to the states. And money for the veterarian for the paper work to be done. I have email him today and told him to pay for the puppy to be send out. And he told me i have to send him $50 more to get her. Will this man has took my money and was very dishonest to me. And i would like to no what i can do about this. Thank You
