Ripoff Dead Beat Dad

I am the mother of Mr. Kinnaman's son. Mr. Kinnaman has fathered another child in Sussex County NJ. He has not paid his child support obligation in either case. He currently owes me $18,000.00 plus. Mr. Kinnaman is playing the Court System in Warren and Sussex Countiesin New Jersey and no one is putting a stop to it! His recent attempts to avoid working and paying support included instiutionalizing himself in a pyshciatric facility and applying for social security disability benefits for "Depression". His benefits were denied, his doctor did not indicate that he cannot work, and he is still attempting to collect benefits. The only thing wrong with Mr. Kinnaman is that he is unwilling to work, and is physically abusive towards his spouse. Mr. Kinnaman has had no contact with his son by his choice, has never made an effort to have contact, his family, the child's godmother, and other relatives have made no effort as well. I work, I raise my children, and I am desparately seeking a lawyer who is willing to assist me in filing adoption papers. I live in Virginia now, and I have 56 credits towards a dual associates degree in Paralegal and Criminal Justice studies. I cannot afford an attorney, but would love to get this man entirely out of our lives and collect the 18,000.00 plus owed to me. Ladies beware of this man...
