NC Employees Discriminate, LIE, and DO NOT DO THEIR JOBS!

This is to inform the public about how shady the Wilkes County Department Of Social Services is! We had a case worker named Tammy Daniels. This woman refuses to do her job and return phone calls. The specific examples are as follows:

When my husband changed jobs, he informed her a month prior to doing so. That way she could fax the child support order to his new employer. He called her for 3 months and still nothing was done. This put him behind and then she had the nerve to file a case against him in court. She was also in charge of his child support case against his ex. She did NOTHING! They were looking for the ex and we provided her with information on how to locate her and that she should act quickly because once the EX found out she had child support taken out, then she would disappear and quit her job. GUESS WHAT! She did just that. And Tammy Daniels is NOW, 6 months later, threatening to close the case unless WE provide HER with information on how to contact the ex! Even though, when we did this before, she did NOTHING!

Also, when my husband is even ONE DOLLAR behind in child support, you bet your butt he is dragged into court over it. BUT his EX, being FEMALE, owes thousands of dollars and NOTHING is done to her!
In regards to his current case. He pays child support for children from his first marriage that live with his ex mother in law. She has been collecting Work First, rather than make his ex wife pay her any child support. They are now taking HIM to court to raise the child support, even though SHE is NOT paying ANY! And she has NO excuse. His inlaws have custody of the children. The ex wife does NOT. Has NO children in the home and has the money to buy a NEW car, but cannot pay her child support!!!

The Wilkes County DSS is as crooked as can be. They punish men who are trying to do the right thing, by PAYING! And letting people get by who DONT! When in court, a man owed about 23000 in child support and NOTHING was done to him. BUT my husband gets behind 10 dollars and they want blood! The law should apply to EVERYONE, equally. But I guess it depends on who is applying it! If they are corrupt, and too lazy to do their jobs, then we are screwed either way.
