Ripoff Dishonest Fraudulent Billing Rip-off

I was contacted by phone about Grant Search assistant. I agreed to pay the $3.97 shipping fee for a free grant search CD, and then I was told that I would also be sent a free package within two weeks of the intial free CD. I was told that once i received the CD that I could cancel my GSA subscription by going to www.grantsearchassistantsupport@netsuccessnow.com. I went there and the page would not display because it wasn't there. I was told on the phone that I would be billed $29.95 for the first month if I decided to continue my subscription. I waited for my CD, and by the time I received it, I had already been billed $29.97. I again went to the website they gave me and could not get in contact with them.

I was again charged $29.97 a few weeks later. I contacted my bank and luckily they allowed me to place a stop payment on any future transactions by this company with the help of a $25 stop-payment fee. I was finally able to get into contact with the company by using the number 1-866-370-7270. I was put on hold for a while, but after waiting, I eventually got through.

I have cancelled my "subscription" and hope that you all will be able to do the same. Altogether, I was suckered out of $88.87. Also, the free CD was virtually worthless.
