GrantSearchAssistant ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing

I ordered a CD from Grant Search Assistant nearly a year or so ago and every since they have taken 29.95 a month from the debit without premission.

We have tried several times to have our bank stop the charges and also to contact the company itself at the toll free number 1-866-395-5718 to no avail. At this number we get a (leave a message) sometime from someone named Gwen and they have yet to call us back, or we get a preicing sound after 1 or 2 rings. Need recourse.
