Oakwood Acceptance, LLC - Freedom Homes ripoff and a nightmare

This company is a ripoff and a nightmare to work with. I bought a mobile home from one of their branches in Mesa and discovered I got a nightmare. There are damages to the windows, doors aren't set right, and my modifications were not met. I was asked to put a little more extra money for add-ons. I made the payment and gave them a list of what I found wrong and not what I asked for.

When I finally moved in I saw there was nothing done to the items I had addressed in the list I submitted with the salesperson. When I had addressed the issue with the salesman, he said there was no more money in the account to do my special requests.

Now I'm stuck with a mobile home that is nice but the dust that is coming in from the windows that have cracks and not set right. My mobile home is always dusty and its very hard to keep up with the dust.

I just want a decent home that doesn't creek when the a/c goes on or off and there wasn't so much dust in the air.
I sympathize with all that have or had to put up with the B. S from Oakwood Homes. They are really a ripoff and just a big joke. Now I see why one guy can earn so many certificates from this company.
