Ripoff lost goods, late delivery, overcharges, can't get settlement check promised

Checked this company via BBB and DOT before using found no complaints, not on scam lists. They increased charges after started loading. Unhappy because we not allow loading after midnight and we did not tip 10% of total moving costs.

Took two months to arrange delivery after storage. Two setup dates were no shows. When delivery made were missing goods. Good never found and no good explaination ever given.

No weigh bills given for before load or after load as promised. Could say lost items put in storage building of 'x' size and 70% full, but no idea where goods ended up.

Based on above and what delivered we overcharged in addition to lost goods. We originally filed claim for $9200 for lost, damaged, and over charges. We amended claim request to $4054. They will only pay $1200, we finally agreed to accept for lost goods. Been over a month and no check and cannot reach them now.
