Miscellaneous

A few weeks ago i had recieved a phone call from a woman asking me if i would like an unsecured visa or master card for $500 USD

Naturally, i have aweful credit, so i was very interested, she said a representative would call me in 5-10 minutes.

After several minutes i recieved a phone call, i was told that i was pre-aproved and the offer was only good for one day.
He said that i would only have to pay a one time fee of $129.95USD and that i could pay myself back off of the card.

Everybody with crappy credit knows, when your in a tight spot, you might do anything, so i went ahead with the offer...

The following day, i realized that my car insurance was to clear from my bank account, so i needed to cancel the ACH debit so my insurance wouldnt bouce.

First i called the 800 number that was given to me, which did not work, i then used the number from my caller ID (the 8705 number). After recieving a busy signal several times, i finally recieved an answer from the same man i had set up my account with, he told me he would take care of the debit.

The following day, my account was still debited the fee. I had called the number cack again, this time i was speaking to a woman, at which time she gave me a customer service number to call.

After speaking with a very, VERY, rude woman, i was hung up on. After a second attempt i was connected with a man named Joe who told me that i needed a comfirmation of cancelation number, and could not recieve a refund. After explaining to him that i never recieved any kind of number, he had gone on to tell me that representatives have no authority to cancel ANYTHING, and then had gone on to tell me that I wasnt even in the system.

Thank you for all the information i have found on this site, it may help me recover what was stolen from me!
