Farrington Apartments Ripoff Decieving liars took my money

My mom filled out a app with this complex in hopes to get approved for a apartment. Little did she know she was going to become a victim of deceit.

Prior to filling out the application she spoke to a lady in the office and told the lady all about her previous rental history. The lady said thats okay and made it seem like she was going to rent to her leading her on saying things like what date do you want to move in? On the pre application, they told her that the app fee is 75$ and the deposit is 300 (IN WHICH THEY MADE HER SPLIT IT UP INTO TWO MONEY ORDERS. THEY CLAIMED THEY CANT TAKE A WHOLE MONEY ORDER I FIGURED IT WAS BECAUSE THEN IF SHE IS NOT APPROVED THEY CANT KEEP HER MONEY) if she is approved they will keep the 300 sec deposit.

They did not tell he that they was going to keep 150$ for a administration fee if not approved. Just so happens my mom was not approved! They knew this all along when my mom told them about her past rental history she was not approved then but they just sweet talked my mom out of her money. They gave her 150$ back and refused to give the other half. These people are rip offs they knew what they were doing and they will be exposed.
