Ripoff, harassment, rude treatment

On the afternoon of May 25 I was entering (Name of Business Witheld) for my piano lesson when two bikers rode up along the sidewalk and nearly ran me over. I shouted at them that it was illegal to do so as well as to park on the sidewalk. They then proceeded to harass me and follow me into the store and shout profanities before being asked to leave by the owner. It was all handled well and peacefully and I went onto my lesson.

About 20 minutes later, two police officers, who never gave me their names, began to question me like I was a criminal. One asked if I had any mental illnesses (I have PTSD and OCD as well as physical disability with a crippled right knee), what medications I'm on and were overall very rude in general to me.

His partner was neutral and did not say anything or get involved much at all.

They seemed as if they were ready to arrest me despite the fact I got those two angry bikers to move and be on their way without harassing the owner of the music store or the nearby bar which they were trying to enter.

I did nothing illegal of any sort, yet I was persecuted by this one lead officer for no legitimate reason at all. I don't want any action taken; I just want it brought to the attention of his superior officer.
