Francis Robert Verdugo Frank or Frankie one in the same. He is 6'2' tall Dark hair and dark eyes. Charming nice smile. He has a Federal Warrent for his arrest and has been on the run for almost 10 years. He is not safe to be around children alone. He owes in excess of 75,000 dollars and needs to be off the streets. He worked last in Solomon, Md and Prince Fredrick, MD. He worked there for Calvert Cliffs Nuclear Power Plant as a Rad Tech and quit in May of 1996. He was in the Navy for almost 6 years when he was arrested the first time. He has a active address in Largo, Fl at his parents home. He got his last drivers license from Boulder Bluff, FL. He has a brother in San Diego, CA. He also worked as a ski instructor in Utah and possibly CT. He has a sister who lives in St. Pettersburg, Fl.
