Robert Ruark is a deadbeat dad and a drug user. He has never paid child support since it was court orderd for his four children.

He lives in the same city and state where this order is issued but it has never been enforced.

He has not contacted his children in over 2 years even though they live less than 5 miles from where he is known to stay.

The only time he does see his children is by some "accidental" run in at a store and they see him first.

Even Roberts own family has nothing to do with him. He even ripped his mother off money and items from her home.

He works as a carpenter or a roofer and always works under the table. He has someone else put bills in their name so he can not be traced.

He has even swindled a disabled woman out of money and even stole her car and robbed her house!

This man is the worse case of a looser you will ever meet. He might seem charming and a sweet talker but he is only after whatever he can take from you.

If you know or meet this man. Stay away from him or even contact franklin county child support of his where abouts he owes his chiledren over $34,000 in back child support. He is scum!!!
