C failure to pay ripoff

Sher Lefever, owner of Confederate Starz Artist Management hired me to do a press release on or about September 9. We agreed that I would front her the $145 rate until September 14. She agreed that she would pay me via paypal on September 14. She did not pay me on that date and has not made any arrangement to pay me.

I have contacted her numerous times to obtain my money for the services rendered but to no avail. My business partner also contacted her. On September 19 Sher Lefever stated she would call him that evening, she didn't. He emailed her the following day and still no response. He called her today, September 21, and as soon as he identified himself, she hung up on him. He called her back and got the answer machine. He left her a message again requesting her to pay me and still no payment.

Clearly she is not going to pay me and I am owed the money. I did the job that I was hired to do. Sher Lefever is being totally unprofessional and has caused me to take this route to get paid.
