A-1 Ripoff Lies and more Lies

TV broke down on August 23. Picked up and repaired in 3 days, TV returned on August 26 and was told it had been repaired. On September 02 TV broke down again with exact same problem. On September 05 I called "Action Electronics" and told them it had broke, they told me not to worry they would fix it because it was under their 60 day warranty. On September 12, they sent a "so called" tech person to my home to repair the TV on site, he was suppose to bring the part to replace a defected part they had installed.

He did nothing, no part, no diagnose. He left with the TV still broke. The next day I called, so on September 15 they picked up my TV to take back to their shop for repair. Ever since then I have gotten lie after lie about the status of my TV. They even told me not to call them up anymore, they would call me when it was ready. They also told me if I waived my rights to the warranty, they would bring my TV back unrepaired, without any refund that I had paid. I have paid $218.50 for repair and $59.50 for delivery. Todat is October 03, I still pay cable TV bill, but NO TV. Please Help!!!
