TVO Group not worth the trouble or money

The only good that seems to come out of this place is the ability to make friends since all the residents share something in common.

Pure hatred for the snotty - deceitful women in the apartment leasing office who make living arrangements just awful here. They try to make your HORRIBLE maintenance problems last priority.

I am happy to hear though that I am not the only person here obviously who was lied to by a certain littlelady who's expressions on her face make you want to reach across and slap her.

Do not expect to "get what you see" when you tour the apartments before decinding to live here. They will not show you the apartment you would end up with. There is a reason for that. They wish you to believe you will end up with a beautiful clean place to live in, which they do not provide.

They lied to a neighbor of mine that they were cleaning/replacing carpets to delay her move in. She said she moved in and there were two feet by two feet rust square stains right when you walked in your front room. She showed me her brand new vacuum after vacuuming her entire apartment for the first time. Either they need to find someone else to clean the rugs, or they fibbed on that one. Either is highly possible. They have a trend of both.

Their reputation here is mainly that nothing is ever repaired. Many of us now see it is because the women who answer the phones take nothing serious. Fail to relay proper messages to the repair guys. (and each other, or they lie about that as well) They often scam on money. It is very common that a person is told one thing and later told something different regarding money owed and then fees are stacked on as well.

Many here believe (or shall I say it is rumored and largely thought by many) that they pocket the fees and extras they seem to create last minute. About 12 of us gather weekly to vent our frustrations in just our one small section. Friends of friends say the very same happens on almost every section/bldg.
The same thing is always summed up. What kind of person, business rather, are you that seems to enjoy - or just not care maybe - about the customers that you service? A business with no ethics. A representative with no moral or kindness.

Tenants are at the final straw with this group of people. It will start showing as leases expire and tempers become uncontrollable towards those who deserve to see them. I guess in a way, they'll get what they deserve one way or another. Be it by a loss in revenue, embarassment, or maybe, for those who have a conscience; by guilt.
