Ripoff dishonest fraudulent charges

My husband and I recieved four charges on our bankstatement that reads AP9 SHOPPINGESSENTIALS. Those charges were of 14.95 and were not authorized.

When I researched this exact name on Google not only did I come up with many blogs and consumer complaintss on this company I managed to find a website for them. I then called this company and asked them how they managed to get into my bank account to charge me money. They stated that I signed up for this offer along with another offer that they have been charging me for called AP9 Privacy Matters (Nice Name) I told them that I never once signed up for this service nor did I receive any information in the mail about this. If I would have signed up I would have wanted more information or a hardcopy letter of somesort. Somehow they managed to cheat the system and charge me money.

I have filed a Better Business Bureau report along with Internet Fraud report from the FBI. I want these scam artists put in prison. This is ridiculous.

I have talked to our bank and they are disputing the charges as we speak. I am angry now that they managed to charge me four times before I found out. This type of business has to be illegal.
