Horrible Irresponsible Dirty Tenants Ruined House didn't even apologize for damage and threatened us if deposit was held ripoff

These people are horrible tenants. They are dirty and filthy, they brought rats and roaches into my house. Do not ever sublet to them. They make ridiculous requests, make you do errands for them. This family has so shame, especially the mother. None of them have any manners at all. NEVER share a house with them. They stole my laundry detergent (detergent for crying outloud!), and as soon as the day they moved in, she threw my clothes out of the machine to use. These people are irresponsible and dirty and rude.

That's just some of the annoyances of living with them; they ring your doorbell at midnight and tell you to tell neighbors to quiet down. Why doesn't she do it herself?

But the big issue: her son threatened us if we kept any of their deposit. They completely ruined my house, everythng was molded, the floors were completely damaged, the walls and ceilings were completely deteriorating. When they moved in, everything was new. When they left, everything was covered in slimne, there were rats, ants, and roaches (none of which were there before they moved in). And for all the damges they caused, they never apologized, and in fact, threatened us. These people are irresponsible, don't be fooled by their sob story, do yourself a favor and prevent yourself from dealing with unnecesary stress and damage to your home. Do not rent to these people, ever. You'll regret it forever. Needless to say, we have to pay THOUSANDS to fix the damges they caused. They got their deposit back because, we don't want any trouble with them. But be warned! I pity the person they're renting from. If you're the owner, i hope you see this because they will completely ruin your house.
