I rented an apartment in Tallahassee while attending graduate school, and paid a $200 deposit. When I moved out, HOLISTIC PROPERTIES garnished my entire deposit, and charged me an additional $153.38. Do not ever rent from these people! The charges included a painting fee, a carpet cleaning fee, a cleaning fee, and a late fee that were all completely fraudulent.

Be careful of unscrupulous landlords in any college town, but especially avoid HOLISTIC PROPERTIES in Tallahassee.
