RIP OFF OWE more for HOUSE than it APPRAISES Also poor construction

My name is Brandy. I have also been ripped off by Jim Walter Homes. Owe (jim) 103,000.00 My house only appraised for 89,000.00. Plus all of their high finance charges.

My house was also very badly built cheap fixtures nails coming out of ceilings shelving falling from walls in closets front door casing was shifting out from house, had to take a hammer about every two weeks and knock it back in. Other casings in house had pieces of wood in them to make them level plumbing under sinks move in & out not sealed off had problems with a/c. Toliet leaks in hallway bath. I have only been in my house two years. All of us poor people who are just trying to have something in life we have got to get together and do something they are ripping people off every way they can. If your house has not been appraised you should have it done. You will probably owe (jim) more than what it appraises for & you will probably be shocked.
