Rude to employee's

I never seen a Company like this in my life! When we work over time they do (NOT) give you 4 hour notice they tell you at 3.29 pm 1 minute befor its time to go home. We work 7am to 3.30 pm. Lately its been 7 am up to 7 pm with out a 4th break, our last break is at 2.30pm to 2.40pm...

And if you need to leave early to do something like pick the kids up from daycare or something like that they (WILL) not let you leave. Like today there was no one there to ask if i could leave at a certin time. Cant ask your supervisor because he cant say yes or no! And the person you ask was not there. So i was screwed and i had something to do. They only think of the Company and the employee's who do all of the labor in the heat. And we get *&*& at if we take to many trips to the water fountain becuase of the heat"

And you have to porove to the Owner that you have a Vaild excuse to leave or you cqan not leave on OT, they do not care about YOU or your Family. And there favorit sayings are.

Funny Story i never read there is the Door policy in our employee hand book. And they make you sign the employee habd book befor reading and reviewing the rules, so you agee to them befor you read them. (IS THAT LEGAL)

Also if you leave on OT you will get stupid attendance points and thye say this will Hurt your yearly review. (BIG DEAL) and if your attendance gets low they take 1$ dollar OFF your pay for 30 days (IS THIS LEGAL)

Do your self a favor if you live in the Oklahoma city area do not work here, you will get treated like Dirt and abused with rude comments and treated unfairly if you have kids you need to pick up at certin times if your WORKING Over time. They like it when you stay real late and get a lot of work out for them and get nothing in return... No thank you or good job, all you hear is negative BS!

I have seen this for years now and the Supervisors have right ot leave when ever and do what they want. Now if your an employee your screwed. Not fair how they treat the employee's and tell your working late at the last second! And if you have a Vaild reason to leave its never good enought for them.

Believe me this is all ture... Ohh if you have anything to do after work and we are working OT it can wait until saturday ohh wait thats after you get off work becuase they force to work saturday from 7 am to 12 pm.
