Ripoff dishonest fraud, New York

Purchased a pre-owned certified Nissan Altima. Pd. Over
$12,000.

Two days after purchase car started making odd noises and started vibrating. Took it to My Auto mechanic who told me that car was in severe accident that rocked the foundation of the car. Car had been previously repaired and done so poorly.

Went back to dealer who denied everything. I said I would add money and buy a new car. Richard Gregoris said car was worth less than half of amount paid, due to Hurricaine Katrina.

I kept the car and since then it has been coming up with a new problem constantly. Even Physically It is falling apart.

I went back to the dealer and he laughed at me.

Being a single woman I feel he took total advantage of me! Boy did he see me coming. Even tires were not Nissans. Estimate for Repairs is over $8000. I am a poor woman and I am stuck!
