Two days ago I went to buy my books for school and I knew how much was available on my credit card, well I thought I did. I was told my card was declined so I left with no books and when I got home I checked my card account online and saw a charge for $99.99 from TLG * Just For Me.

The name never rang a bell and I noticed the charge was made on my card on a day I was out of state and didn't EVER use my card and then I noticed that the charge wasn't posted until the day that my payment was recieved and the funds were available to post the charge.

That night I laid awake unable to sleep racking my brain over the charge. Then I remembered the companies name from a month or so earlier. I recieved a check in the mail for something like $5.00 and luckily I read the small print, which now I know many people did, and I shredded the check. But yet now there is a charge on my card.

So at 9:00 the next morning I caled my card company explaining all of this and I was told to call TLG and request that the charde be credited back. So I did and after arguing with the lady that I did NOT need their services she told me I would be charged back within the next 15 business days. I declined to argue further and called my card company back and talked with them again. They reassured me though that the charge should be back on within 48 hours.

Needless to say, there is no charge, I have no books for class and I have been so stressed over this situation I have literally been sick. So tomorrow I shall be calling this company again and letting them know the charges better be back on my card so I can get my books for class and also I will be in my famalies lawyers office looking at fileing a class action lawsuit.

Never in my life have I let something like this bother me to the point of being this ill. If anyone else has any suggestions please contact me.
