Miscellaneous

I was at Books A Million in Trussville, Al. A man working at the store insisted on me getting 3 months Free of 2 magazines. I told him I was not interested in any magazines. He said all you have to do is give me your credit card # and they will not charge anything on the card, which I trusted it being at Books A Million. I said you promise me you will not charge anything on the card, he repiled "No, we want do that, we just have to have it in orded for you to get the FREE magazines. We do not have to pay for them, we would be mailed a card, just check cancel on the card and no postage, and send back. I never received the card, instead they charged on our credit card $24.50 for Time, $24.50 Sports Illistrated. I called Books a Million, talked to the store manager "Todd Skipper", who just said they were sorry, that at Christmas time there's alot going on, that the guy should have told me to call to cancel the magazines and i told him i had never orded the magazines! I was given complety different information and I was Lied to by one of his employees, and very disturbing to know 2 well known companies get by with this! I can talk to anyone, just machines!
