Ripoff Your information had been hack

My old account number had sign up auto pay for Leasing comp. But I had cancel account and stop payment them by this account and make payment by mail each month (because don't want they take over what they want!)
But today the Leasing Com. Find down my capital new account number and charge in there??? What wrong???
When I call capitalOne, you know what they say?
They can't do any thing??? Why???

Better way I close account and file report here let some one known and stay away from them
