Ripoff unethical, fraudulent and plain nasty to work for!

The following will simply scratch the surface, but should explain enough to draw you a mental picture of S&P Architectural Products Inc.

Currently working at this Company and holding a position in management for aproximetely six years, being head of the service Dept. Has been as much fun as my BAR-MITZVA and my Uncle Ira!

Weekly meetings are very productive when your letter head reads Microsoft, when it reads S&P it's all fun and games, with a straight face, and everyone walks around like their constipated.

I'm told never to answer customers calls unless they threaten to sue us, according to me the Company needs a lesson in edification, customer service orientation and some serious restructuring.

Having a business of the same nature back in New York was very competitive and cut throat, same goes here, here is the $64.000 dollar question, why is my Boss burning his bridges so quick by treating his customers the way he does, my final thoughts are maybe he's terminal and near the end and his only present concern is ripping people off, and not giving a Damn about his employees future by securing a reputable position in the window business as a good honest business with a reputation to match, guess some things never change, Texas has not taught him any manners.
