Architectural Digest
Conde Nast Publications Never delivered online subscription. Failed to reply to emails. One customer service email address bounced

Shops, Products, Services

I ordered a year's subscription from Architectural Digest on January 16.
The reply with the invoice was:
Your subscription (s) will begin to arrive in 4 to 6 weeks.

This never happened. Nine weeks later I emailed the customer service of both Architectural Digest and Conde Nast via their webpages regarding this.
The subscriptionquestions@condenast.com email address bounced and was undeliverable. This rang alarm bells. So I found another email address to contact customer service on: subscriptions@archdigest.com

I emailed this address on two separate days and all I got was an automatic reply with the following:
Thank you for contacting Customer Service. (KMM45147996V85374L0KM),
Thank you for contacting Customer Service. (KMM45179600V80203L0KM)

I also CC'd the Editor of Architectural Digest and tried the CEO. I even mentioned I was going to file a report if I didn't get any response and lo and behold, no response.

One of the worst customer service experiences I've had and I'm now looking into contacting my Bank to reverse the charge.

I cannot recommend Conde Nast for online subscriptions internationally or customer service.
Major dissapointment.
