Ripoff Trashed brand new truck

Took my new four month old truck to repair a small scratch on drivers door above the handle. Picked it up with more damage. Repaired scratch, but added one above drivers window, below on bottom of door, damaged pin stripe and moved fiberglass tonneau cover. The cover was shoved up against the cab. I had the people who installed it check it and they said it had been moved. Same day I pick truck up.

Took it back the next day. Showed Jeff Applegate (owner) and Devon from body shop. Told them I wanted to see damage to cab when move tonneau cover. Devon said he would take pictures. They repaired scratch at top of door, pin stripe and straightened tonneau cover. Eby for claims never touched tonneau cover. No pictures

Even more damage done to it again, had one of the gentlemen who installed tonneau cover go with me. Small drivers side window scratched, clear coat burn on bottom drivers door (still there), scratch on top of cab, scratch on passenger side of truck bed. Over spray around both wheels (black covering), paint inside tail gate black rail cover, looks like solvent dissolved paint under passener door inside. Then inside passenger door handle screw cover fell off. Looks like silver grey goo used to make it stick on. Will not stay on broke. Devon said the only thing he is repairing is the clear coat burn.

Contacted Ford Motor Company in Dearborn, MI. They highly recommended to take it back third time. So I did. Along with list of everything wrong.

Took tonneau cover off. Bad damage to cab of truck even a chunk missing. Lots of overspray under where tonneau cover was and damaged black rail coverings, gauged and scratched.

Pick it up third time. Repaired clear coat burn. Nothing else. Was given a loaner, new truck with no gas. I had to put $3.00 in just to get home and back to dealer. Never reimbursed.

Called Dearborn again since no call back. They then called next day and said they would not do anything. That is was an after market item and Eby Ford said they did not touch it.

I asked how do you explain the other scratches, screw cover, over spray under where the tonneau cover was and other damage. They would not fix??? Was told that they would not do anythin and my only option was hire an attorney.
