Ripoff No Service Stole Money from me

On April 12th or 13th I logged on to Truckaddons.com to order a Tonneau bed cover for my truck. I thought it would be a good idea to call and verify if the cover was in stock and how much shipping would run.

The phone was answered by a sales rep who was hurried and a bit rude. We talked for a moment about which cover I needed and he got my truck model. He looked up the wrong cover and even mentioned it wouldn't fit my truck. I got him on the right page and he went ahead and took my order over the phone.

When the cover arrived it was the wrong model (The one he metioned that would not fit my truck). I emailed returns and got an rga number from PAT and returned the wrong cover they shipped to me.

When my credit card was credited it was shorted over $100.00 dollars as a restocking fee. I emailed Pat and his respones was

what is does state is, if no reorder is placed our policy is a 20% restocking fee and freight to ship

I was shocked. I was charged a restocking fee and lost shipping both ways on an order they botched. I was in no way at fault in this matter.

As many others have stated, my emails after the one above were never answered and my pleas for a resolution were ignored and Of course I never could talk to a human on the phone.

Below is my original request for an rga. As anyone can see I asked for an exchange or a cross ship and not a refund. Truckaddons.com please step up and give me the money you owe me. $108.95

Reason For Return: This item was mis-shipped to me. I ordered a 6021201 Tonneau Master and was shipped TM-80 Roll-Up Truck Bed Cover.
I need to return this one and have you ship me the correct one. I wouldn't mind having the Tonneau Master charged to my credit card and having the TM-80 Roll-Up Truck Bed Cover credited back to the card when you recieve the return. Please advise.
