Blatant ripoff

This is the most convoluted rebate scam I have ever come accross. When I saw how bad it was I dug my heels in, crossed all my T's and dotted all my i's. Checked and double checked everything so they could'nt refuse or turn down my rebate.

Initially I sent them a check for $400 for two razor phones and a two year contract with Cingular. Rebate to be sent in after so many days in a particular number of days, a certain window. Four separate envelopes to White Bear Lake, MN. I put a postal service confirmation receipt on each of the envelopes.

Off they went. All envelopes were confirmed to reach them on the same date and time. They ok'd 3 but not the forth. Stating that it had a post mark error and was not received within the valid time frame. (THERE IS THE BLATANT LIE) I faxed them a copy of all four confirmations, showing they received all four at the same date and time.

They refuse to acknowledge the proof or answer any of my complaints. These people are THIEVES! If there is a class action suit out there I want on it! I am filing a report with the Washington Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General's office also. These people cannot get away with such BLATANT THIEVERY!!
