Ripoff

I ordered the TV advertised product on March 22, my credit card was billed March 23 and still have not received it as of today July 5. I was originally informed that the order would take 6 to 8 weeks to be delivered to my house. I called the 1-800 number after about ten weeks and they informed me that it had already been sent out and must have gotten lost in the mail. They asked me if I wanted to cancel the order and I said no. They informed me that it would take another 3 weeks to send the order out to me again. I called them May 19th and told them that I still have not received the products. They told me that was because they are on back order and will not be shipping any more out for 3 to 4 weeks. So by time I would receive this fictional product, it would be about 18 weeks after I placed the order. Most likely the product will not show up at all.

The people that I talked to both times were not cooperative at all. I informed the person I spoke to that I was told it would only take 7 days to credit my credit card but was told that it would now take 30 days. There is no email address or phone numbers that they will give out so you can talk anyone who might be in charge. The person I spoke to tonight told me he was the manager and there was no one higher up than him that I could talk to. I became aggitated and insisted to speak to someone else but got nowhere.

I found the rip off report after I googled the 800 # for ProSeal and found someone else was having the exact same problem that I am. I actually copied this person's report word for word, just changed a few items, becasue I was told the same thing adn have gotten nowhere.

This sounds like I am out $27.90 and a lot of time and energy.
