Ripoff - billed my charge card for more than adverstised, never received product Ripoff

On November 7, I ordered a vacuum cleaner from IGIA - it was a "2 for 1" deal. They immediately billed my charge card, but I have yet to receive any products - as of March 25. As they informed me that it would be 8-12 weeks before I received the products, I did not call my credit card company. When I called the credit card company today they informed me that this type of activity needs to be reported with 60 days of the transaction. How sly this company is - I'm sure they know the 60 day rule. I can now no longer get a credit for the items I did not receive. This is the 1st time I have ever been ripped off from an infomerical - I will never purchase this way again!!
