Under Nevada State Law, you are not responsible to pay the rent and are free to move before the Constables can confiscate Your belongings as these Landlords love to do.

The Collection Agency they are using is Century Recovery Systems. For back up and harrassment Stout management is using Veteran's Security, who do not one other thing but harrass, and pretend to be the Las Vegas Metro Police. These Characters demand entry to your apartment, enter illegally while you are not home and search your apartment without your permission. If they do that, they can also place things in it that don't belong there or go shopping in the apartment for whatever they want to take. Mind you they are incapable of making unauthorized persons move out of your designated parking spot overnight and only report to the office in the morning. You can do that yourself, they serve no purpose except to cause confussion.
