Ripoff con artist

I am a Realtor in Las Vegas NV and my very trying journey with Telenius began a year ago when they ripped me off with the pens. They charged too much, did not send the correct quantity, told me that I could not preview them however I could send them back if I did not like them when I received them.

I received them, they were horrible, half of them did not even work and when I called the customer service line to tell them that they shorted me I was told I was a liar, and unprofessional for trying to send these back. They refused to take them back or to send me the correct quantity and to replace the broken ones.

I ended up throwing all of them away they were such poor quality I could not hand them out! They keep calling me and I tell them every time to stop calling and they will NOT! I am on a Do Not Call registry and they still continue to call. I have turned them in several times to the BBB, and the Do Not Call Registry and Nothing has been done.

I found this website by accident when I read another girls report against this company for the EXACT same offense as what they did to me!

Please stay away from this company!
