Commonhold Counseling charged my checking account $299.95 causing it to bounce. I let them know right away of their mistake and they refused to do anything but give me the run around.

When I finally thought that they would do something they only agreed to pay NSF charge to my account and not the overdraft fees that followed. This company says that they will help file papers on your behalf for government grants, but all I've experienced so far is a lot of talk.

The person I spoke to refused to make any type of compromise as to the large sum in fees left in my account after what they did I was blatantly told that they would not pay the overdraft fees because other thing on there were in negetive standings.

Again this would not have been the case if they didn't try to take money from my account when they weren't supposed to. Now not only am I negetive in my checking account it's going to be closed due to them not repaying the fees they incurred.
